4. Quality Assurance

Sri Selva Ganapathi Traders is committed to supplying premium quality groundnuts and oilseeds. All products undergo quality checks before dispatch. Any quality concerns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. We will work to resolve quality issues promptly.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
• Shipping charges are additional and depend on the delivery location and quantity
• We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, transport strikes, or government regulations
• Risk of goods transfers to the buyer upon dispatch

6. Cancellation & Returns

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Returns are accepted only in case of verified quality defects. Refunds or replacements will be processed as per mutual agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability
